Barry Bonds; What do you think?
July 1st, 2008 - byAfter nearly a year after the hit, Barry Bond’s 756 home run ball is now in Cooperstown. This ball has been through much controversy and is now in the Baseball Hall of Fame with an asterisk. Do you think the ball should be in the Hall? Do you think Barry will ever play in the Major Leagues again?

I believe the ball deserves a spot in the hall of fame. I don’t even mind the asterisk. Barry Bonds should be the one that minds it because he allowed himself to get caught up in the steroid drama, whether he did them or not. You don’t see A-rod or Pujols in the center of the steroid scandals and they are great home run hitters. It is very likely that A-rod will pass Bonds if he stays on the track he’s on and I bet he doesn’t get mixed up in all that drama because they play the game the way its supposed to be played and let their talent speak for themselves. Bonds creates his own problems by antogonizing the media on the subject. I dont think he will/should play again because it will only make people more aware of or doubt the situation he’s in.
